in our car today driving home from the store.
Hubby: Get out of the way, you stupid cow! (Stupid cow was in reference to, ahem, another driver -- cow's better than what he used to call people).
Miss Priss: Where the cow, Daddy?
Hubby: Nowhere, sweetie, Daddy was just yelling at another driver.
I was cracking up at the confused look on her face. I know she was picturing a cow driving the car.

I think it's hilarious how as parents we try so hard not to cuss around the kids but then come up with things that sound either stupid or sound still pretty bad. My daughter picked up dork from alot of my conversations so now she says it to everyone. I'm sure I'll get a call soon from the teacher. LOL
Hee hee! Now that's funny. And it is better than what my hubby sometimes calls bad drivers. Better she thinks its a cow than something worse!!
That is so funny. I actually had to stop for a cow once. A friend and I were driving through town and I looked to my left and a huge cow started to cross the 4 lane road. I had to completely stop as it walked right in front of my car. I had my window down cause it was summer, and I was afraid it was going to stick it's head in my window. It was pretty crazy. I am not sure where the cow came from :-)
Be thankful for those cows! My two year old told my four year old today that she was pissing her off! I can't imagine where she heard that!!!
That made me giggle! I could completely picture that.
