Why will my baby not sleep through the night anymore, and why won't my big girl stay in her bed all night? I just want a good night's sleep. Is that too much to ask?
I am asking for advice. Lay it on me. There has to be a solution!

Do they want anything in particular when they get up or do they just wake up for no reason at all?
If they get up for a drink or because they are hungry then give them a drink or fill up their tummies before you put them to bed.
My daughters had a motion activated music machine and that usually put them back to sleep (it had a little animated picture). If it went of while they were sleeping.....they were so used to hearing it that it didn't disturb them.
That probably wasn't much help but hey, I tried.

Do you have white noise in their rooms (fan or similar?) I know that helps my kids sleep. Its probably just a stage and they will get thru it. Hopefully soon, for your sake!!
